Job Duties:

Supervision & Operations:
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
Oversee 5–10 team members daily.
Establish and adjust work methods to meet production and service schedules.
Create and maintain staff work schedules.
Ensure all food and service meet quality control and safety standards.

Training & Compliance:
Train staff in job duties, sanitation practices, and safety procedures.
Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally.

Inventory & Records Management:
Requisition and maintain inventory of food, ingredients, and supplies.
Keep accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Prepare food order summaries for the chef or kitchen lead.

Service Coordination:
Supervise and verify the assembly of trays and orders.
Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys for accuracy and timeliness.

Work Environment:
On-site only; remote work is not available.
Fast-paced, busy, and sometimes noisy environment.
Standing for extended periods required.
